WARRANTY

All OneNTech products come with a warranty package that includes a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, a 3-Year Limited Warranty,  and a lifetime of Technical Supports.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the product, for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

3-Year Limited Warranty – OneNTech will repair, without charge, any defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Lifetime of Technical Supports – if you have any technical issues with OneNTech products, we will always provide technical advice.

OneNTech offers this non-transferable limited Warranty service for the sole benefit of the Purchaser. The Purchaser is not entitled to assign any of his/her rights under this Warranty or transfer any of his/her obligations to another individual. OneNTech reserves all the rights for the final explanation of this Warranty, and, at its own discretion, can opt to modify or revise the Warranty.

SCOPE OF WARRANTY

This Warranty applies to, and only to, the products that are purchased from the OneNTech official website and used under normal working conditions, and whose details are recorded in and consistent with OneNTech Product Warranty Policy.

LIMITATIONS

This Warranty does not apply to

• part failure due to normal wear or tool abuse.
• accessories or damage caused where repairs have been made or attempted by others. Many products need periodic parts replacement and service to achieve the best performance.
• when normal use has exhausted the life of a part including batteries and belt.
• any product that has been subject to misuse, abuse (including but not limited to overloading of the product beyond capacity, and immersion in water or other liquid), neglect, negligence, or accident, or that has been assembled, operated, or stored in any way contrary to the instructions as specified in the operator’s manual.
• any damage to the product that is the result of improper maintenance or to any product that has been altered or modified.
• requiring OneNTech to repair or replace an OneNTech product used for trade, rental, or professional purposes.
• normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint chips, and any corrosion or discoloring by heat and abrasive or chemical cleaners.
• repairing or replacing an OneNTech product if the Purchaser has been refunded any monies or amount paid for that OneNTech product or an amount equal to the value of any other consideration paid for that OneNTech product.
• any product purchased or obtained by any individual from any retail channel, entity, or organization NOT authorized by OneNTech.
